The challenge
The partner wanted practical employability skills sessions that participants would find useful right away.
The approach
- Curriculum. Covered elevator pitches, resumes, interviewing and networking.
- Delivery. Facilitated sessions in June and October 2024, including midday and evening options.
- Evaluation. Surveyed participants and reported results to the partner.
The outcomes
- 27 attendees at the midday session and 18 at the evening session in October
- Overall workshop satisfaction of 4.75
- All 28 respondents said they would recommend the workshop
Why it matters for Altus clients
Short workshops only matter if participants use what they learn. Measuring satisfaction and recommendation gives partners evidence the time was well spent.
