Ten Proven Sales Practices
Ten habits that separate consistent sellers from everyone else
Why It Matters
Experienced sellers often plateau. They know the process, yet results stall because small habits have slipped: skipping preparation, talking more than listening, or letting follow-up lapse. Revisiting the habits that drive consistent performance is often the fastest way to improve. Sellers regain momentum and confidence. Organizations get a practical shared standard for what good selling looks like, useful for coaching and for raising performance across the team.
Course Description
The ten practices are explored one by one in a fast-moving, practical format. For each, participants discuss what it looks like in action, rate how consistently they do it now, and try a short exercise, such as preparing a call plan, practicing listening, or drafting a follow-up email. Practices include preparation, curiosity, listening, value framing, asking for commitment, disciplined follow-up, managing time by priority, building referrals, learning from losses, and maintaining a positive mindset. Peers share examples of each habit from their own work. By the end, participants have a self-assessment across all ten and choose two to focus on, with specific actions and a check-in date to review progress.
