Customer Support
Resolve issues faster with structured troubleshooting and clean tickets
Why It Matters
Support teams meet customers at a frustrating moment: something they paid for or rely on is not working. Guesswork, vague tickets, and unclear escalation paths stretch a simple fix into a week of back-and-forth. That damages trust and buries the team in reopened cases. A structured approach to troubleshooting and ticket handling shortens resolution time and makes support staff more confident. Organizations gain cleaner data about recurring problems, which helps product and operations teams fix root causes.
Course Description
Participants work through realistic support cases, from a login failure to a delivery problem to a software error. They practice a step-by-step troubleshooting method: gather facts, reproduce the issue, isolate the cause, test a fix, and confirm resolution with the customer. Ticket-writing exercises show the difference between a note that helps the next technician and one that forces them to start over. Teams map escalation paths and discuss service level targets, priority levels, and when to hand off. The group also practices explaining technical steps to non-technical customers. Each participant chooses one improvement for their ticket quality or troubleshooting approach and plans a review of sample tickets with a lead.
